James LeBlanc
Mr. LeBlanc has over 40 years’ experience in nonprofit management, program development and implementation. He has been with Volunteers of America for over 33 years and has been President/CEO of Volunteers of America of Greater New Orleans since 1992. Mr. LeBlanc was named the NonProfit Executive of the Year for 2006 by the NonProfit Times, the leading business publication for NonProfit Management in the United States. As an active member of the New Orleans community, he was selected to be a member of the inaugural class of the Greater New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, an initiative of the Chamber of Commerce to promote regionalism. Mr. LeBlanc recently was presented with the 2018 Zurich Classic Community Impact Award for Inspiring Leadership, Overcoming Challenges and Changing Lives. Mr. LeBlanc holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, both from Tulane University in New Orleans.
